TEAM REGISTRATIONS

Team registrations for Winter 2021 are now open.  Please click HERE to access the registration portal.

Summer competitions will start 27th/28th/29th April and run through to September 2021.  Registration fee’s remain the same at $110 for adults and $80 for u/18.

We use an online registration system called SportFIX.  The SportFIX App available on mobile devices will allow you to register as well as see draws/ladders etc throughout the season. 

This season you will also have the option to purchase gear when you register, saving you having to queue up at the fields.  We will advise when gear is available for collection from the fields, generally this will be the week before the competition starts.

To either register a Team or register as a player into a team, click on the link above.   You will see options to Register New Team or Join Team.  Team Organisers can either join players by adding their details when registering a team or sending them the team code that they will be provided once the team is registered.

There are NO TEAM REGISTRATION FEE’S, players only pay a PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE when they register.  Please note that until a minimum of 8 players have REGISTERED AND PAID a team IS NOT considered registered and IS NOT guaranteed a spot in the competition.

Team Organisers of teams returning from Summer 2020/21 can log into their SportFix account, select My Teams and then select the Re-Register option to register the same team again.  They will have the option of adding/removing players if required.

Once you register your team you can obtain the Team Code by Logging into your SportFix account

  • Go to My Teams (from the Profile Icon in top right)
  • Locate the team you wish to manage
  • Click on View Team
  • Click on Team Member Registrations in the Competition window towards bottom of screen
  • The screen that appears shows you the code to send to players
  • It also shows you who you have invited, who has registered and who has paid.

If you to create a SportFix account, follow the prompts to do so when they appear.

Team Organisers please note that registering a team and putting yourself as the team admin DOES NOT register you as a player into the team, you need to do thgis seperately just like every other player.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS – ALREADY HAVE A TEAM

If you are already part of a team or have been asked to join a team your team organiser will either send you an email with a link or provide you with a team code you can use at the above link to Join a Team.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS – NO TEAM

If you are interested in playing Oztag but do not have a team, please register yourself online at the above link using the Join Team option.  When prompted for a Team Code please use one of the following:

We would ask that when you register into one of these teams use the PAY LATER option, as you only need to pay when/if we find you a team.

SportFIX FUNCTIONS

Team Organisers can now:

  1. Register your team
  2. Add players by entering their details, and their email address
  3. Obtain a code that you can send to players so they can go and register themselves.
  4. Manage your team moving forward including adding additional players and removing players who withdraw.
  5. Add additional Team Admins to assist in managing the team
  6. Check who has paid in their team

Players can now:

  1. Register themselves into a team either from an email that is sent from the system when the team organiser adds them OR
    By entering the code the team organiser provides to them
  2. Pay their registration online, including using Active Kids vouchers
  3. Register into multiple teams from the one application.

Obtaining Team Code

For the team organisers of the teams that have already registered you can obtain the Team Code by Logging into your SportFix account

  • Go to My Teams (from the Profile Icon in top right)
  • Locate the team you wish to manage
  • Click on View Team
  • Click on Team Member Registrations in the Competition window towards bottom of screen
  • The screen that appears shows you the code to send to players
  • It also shows you who you have invited and who has registered.

We understand if some Team Organisers and/or Players may want to continue completing the registration form and then paying the registration fee’s in person or through bank deposits, so we will also continue with these methods as well as offering the online system.  The registration documents are below.

REGISTRATION FEE’S

If you would like to pay your registration fee’s by direct deposit please use the details below.  Please ensure that you put your team name and night as the reference number.  Record your receipt number as you may need to provide it to us.

Please note that when paying through SportFix now you will incur a 4% surcharge. We have been covering this charge (which comes from SportFix and Stripe for online payments) for the past few seasons but unfortunately can no longer continue to do so.
